A: Yes. Time Warner Cable is confident that you’ll enjoy the simplicity of using Digital Phone service. However, in the unlikely event that you do not wish to keep the service, you’re eligible for a 30-Day money back guarantee, as with all Time Warner Cable products. Additional charges for services incurred during the first 30days, (i.e., calls to international locations, Operator Services and Directory Assistance), are independent of this guarantee.

Q: Why am I still receiving bills from my former phone company?

A: If you switched phone service during the middle of the billing cycle with your former phone company, In order to close out your account, the carrier will send you a bill for the last days that you had service. If you received a new telephone number from Time Warner Cable, you will need to call your former phone company to cancel your former service. If you did NOT call your former phone company to cancel service, you may be receiving bills from them because they still consider you to be an active customer.
