* I understand that the Digital Phone service through Time Warner Cable includes unlimited local, in-state and long distance calling within the 50 states with the Digital Phone package, Caller ID, Call waiting, Call Waiting ID and Call Forwarding, toll free access (1-800,876 & 888 numbers), on Call Detail Record Online, customer support by dialing 611, and 911 emergency access. I understand that additional charges apply to calls to all international locations.
* I understand I must be present at the time of installation. If I need to reschedule my appointment, I must do so at least 72 hours prior to my scheduled appointment time. I understand that failure to do so could result in temporary disruption of service.
