Can I move my voice-enabled cable modem from one location to another? |

The Digital Phone Terms of Service prohibit you from moving your voice-enabled cable modem to a new address. | Q: |
Will my monitored security system work with Digital Phone? |
| |
|
| A: |
Digital Phone will work with most monitored security systems; with the exception of “hard-wired” pulse dial alarm system panels. However, similar to traditional phone companies, Time Warner Cable does not install, support, or service monitored security systems. In the event that Time Warner Cable installs and configures Digital Phone with your home security system, we recommend that you contact your alarm system provider to test the proper operation and communication aspects of the alarm system both before and after Digital Phone installation. Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, as is the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Phone will not be available. |

| Q: |
Will my fax machine work with Digital Phone? |
| |
|
| A: |
At this time, Digital Phone service does not include support of fax or dial-up Internet calls. While these communications may work occasionally using Digital Phone, Time Warner Cable recommends you keep a simple, low cost analog phone line from your existing telephone company for the use of fax or dial-up Internet service. Time Warner Cable plans to introduce enhancements and products to support fax and dial-up Internet later this year or early next year. |

Will my Caller ID phone with LCR (Low Cost Routing) work with Digital Phone? |
| |
|
| A: |
You won't need LCR – a feature on some Sharp, Casio and Panasonic phones – because Digital Phone gives you unlimited long distance calling in Hawaii, across the United States for one monthly price as low as $39.95. In fact, the LCR feature may prevent you from making Digital Phone unlimited long distance calls. Check your telephone user manual to turn off the LCR feature. |
