Oceanic Time Warner has initiated a service program that will provide our valued broadband Internet subscribers with computer repair, system upgrade, and consultation done by qualified local service companies, at discounted rates. We have endorsed these select companies (listed below) as "Road Runner Approved."
Listed below are computer issues that Road Runner Approved companies, for a fee, are trained and certified to handle for you. They are also available to assist you with system upgrades. Should you experience problems that are not listed below, please contact Oceanic Time Warner Cable at 643-2100.

- Oceanic Time Warner Cable is not liable or responsible for work performed or any damages caused by RRA companies. RRA companies assume all responsibility for the work they perform and any on-site problems that may occur. Therefore, subscribers should contact them directly for assistance.
- Oceanic Time Warner Cable will provide support of the cable modem installation for a period of thirty (30) days following the completed installation date. This support is limited to: Ethernet card (only if Ethernet card is installed by an Oceanic Time Warner Cable representative), Internet Explorer configurations, Outlook Express configurations and respective ISP Client Software.
