Nature of contest:

Enter to win an official UFC 84 event poster signed by UFC Lightweight Champion BJ Penn in the May Oceanic `Ohana Newsletter. Or write your entry on a 4"x6" postcard (no envelopes, please) along with your name, address, and daytime phone number. Mail to: ROAD RUNNER “BJ Penn Autographed UFC 84 Poster” GIVEAWAY, C/O OCEANIC TIME WARNER CABLE, P.O. BOX 860509, WAHIAWA, HI 96786-0509.

• Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2008. All entries will not be returned.
• Limit one entry per household.

• Random drawing conducted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable.
• Winners will be drawn on or about May 31, 2008 and will be notified by phone.
• Open only to legal residents of Oahu.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to enter.
• All prizes (or applicable certificate thereof) must be claimed in person, unless otherwise indicated, and signed for by the winner, upon presentation of proper identification (driver’s license, Hawaii State I.D., passport).
• All winners acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Oceanic Time Warner Cable has the right to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice, and all matters incidental herein.
• Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on prizes received.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the specified time frame. Winners will have one week from date of notification to claim their prize or they will forfeit their winning.
