Q. What is My Services?
A. My Services (click here to see the login page) is used to manage many of Oceanic Time Warner Cable services, all in one place, from your PC. Home Phone, Remote DVR and Voice Zone are among the services you will be able to manage within My Services. More features will be added in the future.
Q. When I try to create a username and password for MyServices, the first thing that is asked for is an email address. Do I need to use my Road Runner email address here?
A. No, your Road Runner email address is not required for this prompt. However, you should use an email address to which you have easy access, because instructions on continuing the MyServices registration process will be sent to the email you provide.
Q. Is my Road Runner email username and password is the same as the MyServices username and password?
No, your Road Runner email username and password is NOT the same as your MyServices username and password.
Q. When I try to create a username and password for MyServices, I am being asked for the account number from my billing statement. Where do I find this?
A. Get the billing statement that Oceanic Time Warner Cable mails to you, or if you have paperless billing, retrieve the statement from your My Account.
Your account number is the 12-digit number on the bottom of the second page of your billing statement. (See the image of your billing statement, below.)
The account number is printed in the following format: 111 222 333 444.
Q. Is the username and password the same for MyServices as for My Account?
A. No. You will need to create a separate username and password for My Services.
However, if you already have a username and password created for Digital Phone, Mobile Manager, or to access ESPN3 or Speed2 or the iPad app, the username and password created for these services will work to get you into MyServices.
Q. What about Oceanic’s My Account? Has this changed?
A. The sign-in page for My Account (click here to see the login page) has recently been updated. It lists the main functions that are available in My Account (on the left) and in MyServices (on the right).
The sign-in links for Digital Phone and Road Runner Mobile Manager customers which appeared below the old My Account sign-in are no longer on the MyAccount sign-in page because these functions are now part of MyServices. You will need to go into MyServices to manage these functions.
Q. Do I need MyServices to use the TWC TV™ App?
A. All you need is to establish a Username and Password for MyServices, and use it to sign in to the App. That’s it. There is no additional configuration within My Services for the App.
TWCable TV for iPad App was made available for Hawaii starting with version 2.5.
Q. Do I need MyServices to access the streaming sports content on ESPN3?
A. All you need is to establish a username and password for MyServices, and use it to sign in to the WatchESPN.com website. That’s it. There is no additional configuration within My Services for ESPN.

Q. On the Time Warner Cable website, I see references to “PayXpress.” What is that?
A. “PayXpress” is Time Warner Cable’s bill-paying portal. For customers in Hawaii, This function is handled by My Account.
Q. On the Time Warner Cable website, I see references to a “TWC ID.” What is that?
A. “TWC ID” is the username and password you would use to login to MyServices.
