Here’s How it Works

You can turn Caller ID on TV off or turn it back on or to see who your last 70 callers were; just follow these easy instructions.

To turn on Caller ID on TV on or off

  1. Press [Settings] button on your remote control.
  2. Select “Caller ID” and the display should read “Set Up or Call Log.”
  3. Press [OK/Select] button on your remote control to turn prompt ON/OFF. Either “Prompt ON” or “Prompt OFF” will appear.
  4. Press the [Exit] button to return to your TV program.

To see the last calls received:

  1. Press [Settings] button on your remote control.
  2. Select “Caller ID” and the display should read “Set Up or Call Log.”
  3. Select “Call Log” and press [OK/Select] button on your remote control to view the last calls received.

To delete individual calls:

  1. Press [Settings] button on your remote control.
  2. Select “Caller ID” and the display should read “Set Up or Call Log.”
  3. Select “Call Log” and press [OK/Select] button on your remote control to view the last 10 calls received.
  4. Press [OK/Select] button on specific call log to get the option to delete “YES/NO.”
  5. Select “YES” and press [OK/Select] button to confirm.

To clear the entire Call Log Received List:

  1. Press [Settings] button on your remote control.
  2. Select “Caller ID” and the display should read “Set Up or Call Log.”
  3. Select “Set UP” and press [OK/Select] button on your remote control.
  4. Select “Clear All Calls” Press [OK/Select] button.
  5. Select “YES” to get the option to delete. Press [OK/Select] button to confirm.
