Voice Mail automatically plays your recorded greeting and takes a message when you can’t or don’t want to answer the phone. To see if you have messages, simply pick up the phone. A special “Beep-Beep-Beep!” stutter dial tone means you have a message.
Does Home Phone offer Voicemail?
Yes. Voicemail, available for a small additional cost, allows you to retrieve messages at home or when you are away.
What is VoiceZone®?
VoiceZone, within the MyServices portal, is included with your Voicemail service. The easy-to-use application allows you to access and manage your voice messages and phone settings online.
Are there storage limits to Voicemail?
You can store up to 30 minutes of messages with Voicemail, and the maximum length for each message is 3 minutes. You will also be alerted when you’re nearing your mailbox’s storage limit.
Am I able to have more than one Voice Mailbox?
Currently, we only offer one Voice Mailbox for each Home Phone number. Note: If you have Second Line service, you can view both of your phone lines’ voicemail messages in VoiceZone.
To retrieve voice messages, there are three possible ways to access your Voice Mail: by dialing [*] 98, by dialing your own Home Phone/Home Phone Unlimited Statewide telephone number or through the Voice Mail access number (808-206-9800).You can retrieve messages from home or, while you are away from home, using any touch-tone phone.

Digital Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Digital Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, will not be available.
