  • Oceanic Time Warner Cable video package at the Standard Service level or higher.
  • A WiFi connection
  • A Time Warner Cable username and password (TWC ID) is needed to sign in to the app. Need one? Start the process. (This will establish your MyServices account.)
  • A compatible cable box or DVR
