Call Waiting When you're on the phone and a second call comes in, you will hear a "beep." You can put your call on hold while you answer the other. • See Instructions
Call Waiting Caller ID This feature combines Caller ID and Call Waiting. The “beep” alerts you to a call coming in. Just look at the visual Caller ID display on your phone to see the name and number of the person calling. Answer it or ignore it. It’s up to you. • See Instructions
Anonymous Call Reject (*77) You can block unwanted calls from people who do not send their Caller ID information. Just press (*77). • See Instructions

Private Listing When you place your order for Home Phone, you can choose to have your phone number be unpublished in the phone book and not given out by Directory Assistance (4-1-1) for $1.20 per month.
Second Line Second Line service gives you a second distinct phone line for your home - with all the same great features of your primary Home Phone line. Second Line service offers voice capability only. You will not be able to access the Internet over this line. Add a Second Line for $19.95 per month.

Home Phone does not include backup power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Home Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available.
