Caller ID on TV

Find out who's calling without taking your eyes off the TV screen. When your phone rings, Caller ID on TV opens a text box with the name and number of the caller right on your TV screen. This cool feature is another exciting Oceanic Time Warner Cable digital innovation designed to bring you the very best in home entertainment.

It’s Free with Digital Cable and Home Phone

Caller ID on TV is automatically turned on when you subscribe to both Digital Cable TV and Home Phone. You don’t have to do anything but enjoy the convenience that Caller ID on TV provides.

The Caller ID display will appear in the upper left portion of your TV screen.

To turn Caller ID on TV on or off:

  1. Press [A] on your remote control.
  2. Scroll DOWN to “Caller ID” and press [SELECT].
  3. Highlight “Set Up” and press [SELECT].
  4. “Prompt” will appear with your current setting (OFF or ON).
    • If “OFF” appears, press [SELECT] to turn Caller ID “ON”.
    • If “ON” appears, press [SELECT] to turn Caller ID “OFF”.
  5. Press [EXIT].

To see who the last 20 callers were:

  1. Press [A] on your remote control.
  2. Scroll DOWN to “Caller ID” and press [SELECT].
  3. The Call Log will appear with the last 20 calls.
  4. Use the UP/DOWN arrows to scroll through the list, and press [SELECT] for additional details or to delete a chosen record.
  5. You may also scroll UP to “Set Up” and follow the on-screen prompts to clear the entire list.

Don't have Home Phone or Digital Cable TV yet?

Home Phone does not include back-up power and, should there be a loss of electrical power, Home Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, will not be available. Additional charges apply for calls to International locations, Operator Services, Directory Assistance, taxes and fees. Residential use only. All services not available in all areas.
