Agreements with Programmers

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future:

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:

*Statewide, on or about May 15, 2013, Lifestyle Network will be added to our digital lineup as a Premium Service on Ch. 683.

On the Big Island, on or about May 15, 2013, Oceanic Time Warner Cable will be making technical changes to our cable system that may disrupt your ability to view the following unencrypted (“in-the-clear”) channels on a digital television or other device that includes a QAM tuner (a “ClearQAM device”): Na Leo: Government from 124.1 to 97.1, Na Leo: Educational from 124.2 to 97.2, Na Leo: Public 1 from 124.3 to 97.3, KLEI (Kona only) from 124.4 to 97.4, Revenue Frontier/Leased Access from 124.5 to 97.5 and Big Island Television from 124.6 to 97.6. (Customers using digital cable set-top boxes will not notice any change.) If this occurs, you will need to go into the settings menu on your ClearQAM device and perform a new channel scan in order to resume viewing these channels. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The following service(s) will require two-way capable digital cable-ready equipment such as a Time Warner Cable-provided set-top box or a CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable product (UDCP) such as a TiVo or Moxi HD DVR used in conjunction with a Tuning Adapter. Other UDCPs may not be able to access these services without additional equipment, such as a set-top box: Lifestyle Network.
