Agreements with Programmers

Time Warner Cable’s agreements with programmers and broadcasters to carry their services and stations routinely expire from time to time. We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, but in order to comply with applicable regulations, we must inform you when an agreement is about to expire. The following agreements are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services/stations in the near future:

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:

Primetime OnDemand on digital channel 975 will also be simulcast on digital channel 14 and HD channel 1014; Entertainment onDemand on digital channel 973 will also be simulcast on digital channel 562 and HD channel 1562 and News OnDemand on channel 953 will also be simulcast on digital channel 114.

Statewide for our digital lineups, on or about February 14, 2012, Playboy TV Interactive will be added to channel 715, Playboy en Espanol will be added to channel 716, Penthouse TV will be added to channel 720 as a premium service, Penthouse on Demand will be added to channel 721, The Erotic Network will be added to channel 722 as a premium service, REAL on Demand will be added to channel 725, Hustler will be added to channel 726 as a premium service, Hustler on Demand will be added to channel 727, Manhandle will be added to channel 731 as a premium service and Manhandle on Demand will be added to channel 732.

Statewide, on or about March 21, 2012, Style on analog channel 65 will move from CPST (Value Service) to the Digital Variety Pak on channel 550 and HD channel 1550. A digital cable box will be required to view Style.

Statewide, on or about March 21, 2012, Discovery Health and Fit will move from analog channel 51 to analog channel 65.

Statewide for direct-connect cable customers, on or about March 21, 2012, the broadcaster QAM frequencies will change to the following: 47.3 KHON 47.5 KFVE 47.7 KGMB 47.8 KHNL 47.10 KHET 47.27 KPXO 48.1 KGMBHD 48.4 KIKU 48.5 KBFD 48.6 KITV 48.9 KITVHD 49.1 KFVEHD 49.3 KHNLHD 49.12 KHETHD

Statewide, on or about March 23, 2012, Disney Jr will be added to the Digital Variety Package (DVP) on channel 429.

Statewide, on or about April 6, 2012, FEARnet channel will be added to the digital Movie Pass on channel 676.

The new service(s) listed below will require two-way capable digital cable-ready equipment such as a Time Warner Cable-provided set-top box or a CableCARD-equipped Unidirectional Digital Cable product (UDCP) used in conjunction with a Tuning Adapter. Other UDCPs may not be able to access these services without additional equipment, such as a set-top box: FEARnet, Style and Disney Jr.
