2009 Road Runner Speed Zone Contest Rules

Official Rules:

  • No purchase necessary.
  • Contest is being conducted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable.
  • Effective dates of contest: 11/01/2009 to 11/22/2009


Nature of contest:

Enter the Road Runner Speed Zone Contest at Windward Mall. Or write your entry on a 4"x6" postcard (no envelopes, please) along with your name, address, and daytime phone number. Mail to: RR Speed Zone Contest, C/O OCEANIC TIME WARNER CABLE, P.O. BOX 860509, WAHIAWA, HI 96786-0509.
  • Mailed entries must be postmarked by November 21, 2009. All entries will not be returned.
  • Limit one entry per household.


      • PRIZE: (3) Interisland Air/Room/Car valued at $500 each.

      • Random drawing conducted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable.
      • Winners will be drawn on or about November 22, 2009 and will be notified by phone.
      • Open only to legal residents of Hawaii.
      • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to enter.
      • All prizes (or applicable certificate thereof) must be claimed in person, unless otherwise indicated, and signed for by the winner, upon presentation of proper identification (driver’s license, Hawaii State I.D., passport).
      • All winners acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Oceanic Time Warner Cable has the right to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice, and all matters incidental herein.
      • Winners are responsible for all taxes incurred on prizes received.
      • It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the specified time frame. Winners will have one week from date of notification to claim their prize or they will forfeit their winning.
      • Oceanic Time Warner Cable is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the conclusion of the specified holding period.
      • All prizes are non-transferable.
      • No cash substitutions allowed.
      • Employees of Oceanic Time Warner Cable, their advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and household members are ineligible to enter or win this contest.
      • Rules subject to change without notice. Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to the discretion of Oceanic Time Warner Cable and may be enacted without notice at any time.
      • Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
      • All entries become the property of Oceanic Time Warner Cable.
      • All entrants release Oceanic Time Warner Cable of Hawaii, Time Warner Cable and each of their parent companies, system affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, damages, or loss. Sponsors not responsible for prize use or utility.
